clinicify

Features

Everything a small clinic needs.

We built the things that actually eat your time. Not the things that look good on a feature list.

Bookings

Patients book themselves in. You see a clean calendar.

Clinicify gives your clinic a booking page that patients can access 24/7. They pick a slot, fill in their details, and get a confirmation. You see it immediately in your calendar - no phone calls needed.

Automatic reminders go out before each appointment. No-show rates drop. Admin time drops. The work you were doing between patients disappears.

Lab results

Results in one place. Shared with one click.

Lab results land in clinicify as they come in. You review them in context - you can see the patient's last visit, any notes, and their history alongside the new values.

Add a note, approve it, and share it directly to the patient's portal. No printing, no email attachments, no chasing. The patient sees the results and your interpretation together.

AI Q&A

AI does the typing. The clinician decides.

Patients ask questions through their portal any time of day. Our AI drafts a plain-English response and queues it for your team. Nothing goes to the patient until a registered clinician reviews and approves it.

This isn't a chatbot answering medical questions autonomously. It's a first draft that takes the typing burden off your team. Clinical judgement stays with the clinician.

I've been feeling quite tired lately. Could this be related to my recent blood results?

Draft - awaiting review
Hi Sarah, your recent results do show your haemoglobin is slightly below the normal range, which can cause fatigue. Your Vitamin D is also on the low side - both of these are very treatable. I'd like to discuss the results with you properly at your next appointment. In the meantime, if the tiredness gets significantly worse, please contact us directly.

Patient portal

A private space for every patient.

Every patient gets their own secure portal. They can see their results, read messages from your clinic, check upcoming appointments, and ask questions.

No app download required. They access it via a secure link on any device. The portal is branded to your clinic - patients see your clinic's name, not clinicify's.

Launching August 2026.

We're opening to a small group of clinics first. Join the waitlist to be considered.
